Bayelsa Governor Seriake Dickson has
expressed total dissatisfaction with the performance of the card readers
deployed by INEC to the state for such critical and sensitive elections like
the Presidential and the National Assembly polls.
Dickson has therefore called on INEC
to take urgent steps to address the failure of the card the readers, by
resorting to manual accreditation, so as not to disenfranchise a huge number of
eligible voters.
Speaking after casting his vote in
his home town of Toru-Orua, Governor Dickson urged INEC to make available more
of the incidence forms.
