Odenigbo Fm reports how Uzodike confirms Appeal Court ratifies PDP candidates in Anambra state

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has this morning returned the names of candidates submitted by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra state
as the substantive candidates for the party in the forthcoming election.

They are Hon Mrs Uche Ekwunife for Anambra Central Senatorial Zone, Princess Stella Adaeze Oduah for Anambra North and Dr Andy Uba for Anambra South. This development also favoured the list of candidates submitted by PDP for House of Representatives and State House of Assembly. 

Confirming this development, the Coordinator of President Jonathan's campaign organisation in Anambra state, Chief Barr Joe-Martins Uzodike said the names of Chris Uba, Annie Okonkwo and John Emeka remain null and void and have been thrown away from campaigning as candidates.

According to him, the Appeal Court has also ordered INEC to use Hon Mrs Uche Ekwunife for Anambra Central Senatorial Zone, Princess Stella Adaeze Oduah for the North and Dr Andy Uba for the South as the authentic candidates of the party, while maintaining same to list of candidates the party submitted for House of Reps and House of Assemby in Anambra State.
