Immigration Deports 433 Foreigners – Nigeria Immigration Service

The Seme Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) on Monday said it deported 433 irregular immigrants between January and December, 2014.

The command’s spokesperson, Mr Salman Yusuf, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Seme that 50 Nigerians were also deported from other countries during the period. Reports have it that they were apprehended at the ever busy Mubi
roundabout following a tip-off by a tricyclist (keke Napep operator)
who suspected them and felt uncomfortable.
In a quick reaction, the military who were maning checks at the said
round about arrested them for questioning where they confessed to
their plans.
They (bombers) told the soldiers that they were thirty in number and
were in the state capital for suicide mission.
The suspects also tried to escape from the soldiers but failed as the
soldiers were ready for the unexpected.
When the soldiers removed their clothing they were found with the
boko haram tattoos all over their bodies.
Both police spokesmen D.S.P. Othman Abubakar and Army Spokesman
captain Nuhu Ja’afaru did not answer calls but a soldier pleading for
anonymity confirmed that some suspected insurgents were apprehended
and have been taken to the barracks for questioning.
