Ekwunife collapses APC/APGA in Dunukofia local government

Member representing Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Federal Constituency , Hon Uche Ekwunife has collapsed the All Progressives Congress (APC) and All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Umudioka , ward 1 and 2 in Dunukofia local government area.

www.odogwublog.com reports that hundreds of members of APC and APGA in the community surrounded to Ekwunife’s senatorial campaign team willingly in solidarity to her wish to represent the Anambra Central senatorial zone in the senate. However, ward 1 and 2 comprising of hundreds of voters with their PVC openly decamped from APGA and APC to People’s Democratic Party to support her and President Jonathan.

Surprised by their support, especially with the pledge that they would campaign for her, Ekwunife assured them that PDP would not disappoint them through her and urged them to work harder to ensure victory for the PDP at the forthcoming polls.

She said PDP is the only vehicle that can take the country and Anambra state to the next level and not APGA or APC and pleaded to the people of Dunukofia council area to vote President Jonathan, reminding them that no woman has represented the zone in the senate hence they should vote massively for her.

While thanking them for their unalloyed support, Ekwunife assured that she would replicate what she did in the lower house in hundred folds in the Upper House and commended them for their warmest reception, adding that Ndigbo should vote for the mainstream party-PDP.

Ekwunife , a senatorial candidate of PDP later visited Ukwulu community and paid a courtesy call to the traditional ruler Igwe T.C Tagbo among others.
