www.odogwublog.com reports that Mr Dozie
Nwankwo has shown he knows how to do politics as he convinced Chief Mike
Nkwocha and other aspirants to step down for him at White Castle Hotel
premises, venue of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) primary for the
Njikoka/Dunukofia/Anaocha federal constituency held for two straight days.
The primary
election which was inconclusive on Thursday due to lack of time and late
arrival of the committee, was shifted to Friday. But instead of going ahead,
the other aspirants numbering about 7 led by Chief Mike Nkwocha (Aguiyi) threw
in the towel in favour of Dozie Nwankwo.
The excited
capacity audience had happily lifted him up, chanting victory songs and singing
and dancing all over the streets of the constituency and that means a sure victory
for Nwankwo at the Feb 2015 general election.
Their
efforts to blackmail him and pitch him with either Obiano or President Jonathan
didn’t work and his abandoned road projects story from Port Harcourt also did
not sell.
They
had said the Farm Road of Mgbuoba Community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area
of Rivers State was awarded to Rotimi Amaechi’s wife's younger brother, Dozie
Nwankwo as his construction company handling the road project, FLEES GLOBAL Nig
Ltd, a firm said to be owned and run by one Dozie Nwankwo, the younger brother
of the State First Lady, Judith Amaechi.
