APGA Disqualification: CLO says they are ready for court with Ezeani

 The Civil Liberties Organization (CLO) Nigeria says it has no apologies for championing the disqualification of a House of Assembly Aspirant in Anambra state for Anaocha 11 constituency, Mrs Gloria Nneka Ezeani at the Screening and Appeal committee of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) as the organization would not be folding its hands and watch ‘crooks’ and ‘rogues’ to take over leadership of the ‘A’ state.
 Executive Director of CLO Nigeria, Comrade Ibuchukwu Ezike told www.odogwublog.com that the records of Ezeani at Enugu St Anthony’s Maternity where she allegedly harboured girls with boys who impregnate them for babies for sale was shameful and should not be allowed to be in leadership position.
 He said CLO through Center for moral mentorship led by Maureen Aishatu Chima championed the expose on the illegalities before the state government closed down the baby factory called maternity.
 He admitted that others disqualified were not threatening the CLO, but Ezeani and insisted that the CLO is waiting for Ezeani to challenge them in court as she threatened to do, assuring that they have overwhelming evidences against her.
 CLO Executive Director, then commended the Governor Willie Obi and wife Eberechukwu Obiano as well as APGA leadership in Anambra state including the Chairman of APGA screening committee Chief Paul Odenigbo former SSG to Anambra government and Appeal panel committee Chairman Hon Chikodili Anara , SA Security to Obiano with their members for not succumbing to the pressure mounted on her disqualification from some powerful quarters.
In her reaction, Mrs Gloria Nneka Ezeani blamed Maureen Aishatu Chima for her woes informing that there was no CLO against her but Chima who has been tormenting her life for no reason.
 She reminded Chima that there is God overseeing the affairs of men , noting that her petition to APGA has disqualified her from contesting the 2015 General election for her constituency but said,’’ it was not the end of the life.
 She even threatened to take anybody who reports the lies from Maureen to court , saying some unprintable words about Maureen. She vowed that nobody can push her down without the will of God. She reminded that she has a police clearance to the contrary of all the allegations against her. 
But when contacted , Maureen Aishatu Chima told www.odogwublog.com that she was incarcerated with her 7 years old daughter for her courage to fight people like her bent on polluting the essence of living but said her time to speak has not come yet. She challenged her to show a copy of the petition as her crimes are glaring even on the internet for all to see. I have lived in at least 7 states fighting crime considering the nature of my career and am proud to say that Anambra remains a pace setter state in genuine crime fighting regardless of the new antics of professional criminals claiming born again and using the church of God for serious shelter. That obviously does not work in Anambra with my wealth of experience. Living in crime as a woman seems to me the easiest way of wrecking our society and I treasure the future of my children a lot. As for Nneka who feeds me with endless drama, I have a document indicting her of  buying police ID card for N25,000 yet she claims she has a police clearance , I am not surprised because this is Nigeria’’.
Meanwhile  the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), screening Appeal committee led by Hon Chikodili Anara, security Aide to the Governor has upheld the disqualification of 15 Aspirants to the Anambra state House of Assembly disqualified by the APGA screening committee.
Those disqualified included Mrs Gloria Nneka Ezeani_Anaocha11, Mr Ezechukwu J. Nwegwu, Awka North, Mr Moses Ugochukwu Okafor_Aguata11, Mr Chike Mike Nwegwu_Njikoka1, Mr John Peter Chuba Obi_Orumba South.
Others are Barr. Emmanuel Mkpo_Ihiala1, Mr Steve Nnaemezie_Ogbaru1, Mr Uchenna Eleodinmuo_Ekwusigo
Barr. Ifeanyi Ezegamba_Nnewi South1, Mr Peter Ogbe_Onitsha South11
Mr Ifeanyi Okeke_Nnewi South11, and Mr John Paul Okeke-Njikoka 1.
 The former Secretary to the Anambra state Government, Chief Paul Odenigbo screening committee had disqualified them from contesting for various reasons but the Aspirants appealed their disqualification.
