Governor Willie Obiano gets an Open letter from an a citizen , chek out who and content of his epistle:

His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano,

Akpokue Dike Aguleri

Governor Anambra state.

Sir,

I come again as usual in our working together to make our state a glorious one. Today ,i am bringing to your kind attention the conspiracies in lower places within your government to make you look dull and unfocused but oma nreru fa.

I reported to you that those in MINISTRY of Works are trying hard to abandon some of the projects initiated by your Predecessor, but today i will be more open, so that they won’t create hard feelings on the mind of the Towns where those projects were sited, progressed and abandoned.

Sir, the only ongoing project in the entire ANAMBRA STATE are the 3 FLY OVERS located at AWKA- EXPRESS ROAD ,namely ,AMAOBIA JUNCTION ,KWATA JUNCTION and AROMA junction all leading to Enugwu state ,all positioned for passersby to see and clap ,if you ask me those places does not command traffic jam or creating un-necessary chaos that will warrant leaving every other pressing needs and delve into it with all our might, if the need is to bring free flow of traffic ,we know that the best place to site it is at EKE AWKA and DIKE PARK, all in AWKA the state capital.

 Sir, those that advised you to take on that SHOWMANSHIP must be from APC the Janjaweed party ,because it is only in APC controlled states that they build only at ROUNDABOUT or EXPRESS Road ,then they will put street lights and power it with Generators ,imagine such absurd stupidity ? the cost of fueling the Generator ,repairing same and other logistics that followed such must be 1000 times higher than the actual cost of hosting the project, but if not for pure embezzling the state fund ,they should’ve mounted SOLAR STREET LIGHT which is more durable, affordable and cost extremely cheaper to maintain and it produces more brighter energy, but i digress.

Building those Cross over on Federal highway ,say Federal road is good but we must remember that the Federal cannot and will not refund us for such because  they consider it encroachment on FEDERAL territory, it will make the state capital to look fine and beautiful but what is the need for  window decorations when the house needs a fresher air ?

I BELIEVE you are not in competition to overtake Okwute because 3 flyovers are not even a start, that brings me to the main complain or bone of the REPORT CARD.

The 47 Kilometer of Road awarded at AGULERI were 100% mobilized ,paid for and it is a continuous project that will be delivered in no time ,yes ,it is good to start from your home town ,but our sensibility has been poisoned by your predecessor who refused to dig even a HOLE in his town until every other town has gotten enough ,but that is his style ,we cannot judge you with his  style ,after all through out his 8 years at AGU OKA and AMA OBIA LODGE ,we did not see one bottle of CHAMPAGNE  nor any drink that cost more than 200 Naira per bottle/Can, and he will always make sure na obu, one bottle ka onye obuna ga eketa, he was saving the state fund but to go extreme is not that cool, after all one AGULUEZECHUKWU MAN said "ana aru olu ,ana aru uru ,mana uru akarina olu[while working ,try and have some fun or play some mischief but make sure that your mischief will not be greater than the work]".

His taste is not your taste and cannot be used to judge anybody ,after all we all believe that A pair of your shoe and one shirt can be able to buy his entire wardrobe, Two Cars in your convoy can buy all the Cars and Buses in his entire Cabinet, so that phase is matter of choice..

Back to the projects, Sir, I was with one of the contractors working in the state and he said that he  pulled out from the site that your people refused to pay them, also that  they stopped all the cheques issued by your predecessor to that effect, Sir , i am sad because those people that stopped the payments maybe trying to coarse this people to pay them kick back and front and which if that happens they will deliver to us HARP HAZARD jobs that may increase death on our Roads ,communities and buildings because they will cut the cost of building a better one to tally with what remains with them after giving out CUTS .Alternatively they may want the money spent so far on such projects to go to ruin ,and we know that all failures will be roped around your neck by citizens without them understanding na ekere olu eke ,onye obuna na nke ya.

Sir,do not warn them or summon them, just take a ride into the places EX-GOV OBI awarded contracts and see for yourself ,not one single one that is on going ,even though those men i am complaining about know, what you promised the state is CONTINUITY from ebe OKWUTE kwusiri, but they want it to be translated to abandonment and to some extent ,they want it to resort to popularity contest .

Sir,the one that is giving me running Stomach is that of ATANI,OGBARU,OZUBURU road ,where Okwute build 3 GIGANTIC bridges and tarring the road to an extent before he handed over to you,the aim of that road was to decongest ONUICHA ,those coming from LAGOS/ASABA and heading to IMO,ABIA,CROSS RIVER AND RIVERS has no business going through Onuicha ,they will simply by pass through that road and burst out at Ozubulu . 

His Excellency ,i wanted to remind you that OKWUTE secured a land at Umueri ,got the approval from Federal Government to site an AIRPOT for Anambra state ,and for some reasons we cannot tell ,it did not take off during his days but as he handed over to another APGA man ,we all know that the Project will be perfected in no time and we are counting on you to prioritize it ,if you may ,it is an appeal and reminder, at least when you start this project and give it life ,it will shame those that said you HATE UMUERI people with Passion. Moreso my old man will say "obaru isi ,obaru aguba" [when the hair prospered ,the Hair clipper will also benefit] .

Sir, before i stop may i try once again to draw your attention to the TRIAL SESSION ,which is APGA.I am sure that as a seasoned Banker ,that you will not keep quiet if your bank suddenly lose customers like IBETO,EKULO GROUP,YOUNG SHALL GROW,EEKESSON,COSCHARIS and while still at it they lose MTN,GLO,ETISALAT and why shareholders were shouting for an immediate BOARD MEETING AND RESOLUTION ,DANGOTE left the Bank too ,though he left without pulling out all his subsidiaries account and yet some IDIOTS in the Bank Echelon continue telling you that FIDELITY is working ? will you not start emergency action to regain those customers or at least meet them to know what is the problem ?

APGA is at cross road and believe it or not ,APGA survival lies with you and not with any RED LONG CAP ,if you stop igbanye Fuel na the Tank ,you will see that the Vehicle will stand still ,but i will suggest if i am allowed to make such ,as a STAKE HOLDER na the State and the Party ,ask the Red Long cap to tell you how he is using the Monthly PARTY ALLOWANCE to help the party ,who and who is benefitting from the largesse .I believe he must have told you how he shaved Lions beard ,how he single handedly wrestled the whirlwind ,he must have made you believe you needs him to breath or survive ,but the transparent truth is that he is the one that needs you.

As for the problem between THE PREDECESSOR AND YOU ,we know the truth that there has never been any Love or relationship from the day of the handover and unless we tell ourselves the HARD TRUTH ,it will keep degenerating and it will get to a position that is insolvent, I would say without sorry, we the IDIOTS and Die Hard APGANS will love to see Both of you working in harmony ,having an understanding ,we all know that as APGA GOVERNOR he has the ears of PDP PRESIDENT more than every other GOVERNOR during his time ,which means if he had wanted to torpedo APGA he would’ve defected to PDP at the near end and gave them the state and there is nothing on earth that would’ve stopped it ,but he stayed and made sure that APGA took over and he left without taking out any of his Die Hard supporter ,which means he still have best mind for APGA .

I will suggest you take this to your advantage ,as he is great with President as APGA MAN and now he is in same party with the same President ,i will hold my third leg and swear that it will benefit you and the state more than it benefitted us during OBI,S TENURE ,just reach out to him and i can bet you that you will LOVE that move.

REMINDER -whatever they tell you against OKWUTE ,i simply with all sincerity want to remind you that without the decision of that young man ,that ANAMBRA NORTH will always be waving at STATE CAPITAL and will never be a contender but he made it possible and you personally benefitted directly from that grand gift.

Do not allow spoilers to make the first outing of ANAMBRA NORTH to become a mistake and nightmare.

How will you feel ,if tomorrow AGULERI start treating you with disrespect ,despite the fact that you are the face of that Town today ,before now ,when one talks Aguleri ,they are remembered for WARS and VIGILANTE SERVICES but Today call Aguleri and people will say ,GOVERNOR,S HOME TOWN .How will it make you feel if one PG comes into Aguleri and wants to sweep you into the dustbin and you know you have the powers to fight back ,but you still endure and manage to make sure that the town will not go back to the dark days ?

FINALLY ,you,ve secured all the court battles and there is nothing more to get inside the RED LONG CAP ,it is time to open the window and let breeze blow away the CAP and it,s content ,after all that CAP attracts more enemies than friends and with that ,i am off but on.
