Idemmili North Has Empowered Over 120 Rural Women , As Rural Women Tasked To Support Security Initiative of Governor Obiano

Wife of the Local Government Chairman, Idemmili North local government area, Mrs. Nkiru Idemobi yesterday announced that the council has empowered over 120 rural women in different skills reports odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com exclusively.

Mrs Idemobi said she set up a skill Acquisition center that facilitated the training adding that more people are being trained.

 
She informed that about 12 primary schools and 6 health center have been built by their administration.

Idemobi also appealed to rural women especially those in the ten communities that made up her local government to give solidarity to the security measures out in place by Governor Willie Obiano by volunteering information to security agents.  

   Mrs Idemobi who spoke in her office yesterday said Obiano’s vision and mission in securing lives and property of Ndi Anambra must be supported by all women .

She said the ongoing local government tour of wife of the Governor , Chief Mrs Ebele Obiano is a blessing to indigent widows , physically challenged ,orphans and vulnerable children in the rural communities .

‘’With this kind of support I am asking our women to support the first lady and her husband, kidnapping and armed robbery will disappear in Anambra as women who are mothers will not hide their children from being persecuted if they commit any offence against the people and the society.

The Idemmili North local government first lady insisted that ‘’My vision is to call together the indigents people in our various community to better their life and also to help the rural women in the farming areas’’.

 She added that she will stand on the truth and pursue fairness and equity as her watchword on any issue in the council and continue to construct facilities that would benefit the communities in the council area.

She informed that the government of Governor Willie Obiano has a different mission from the previous government .

Her words,’’ Yes, they will always be a different agenda and program in any
successive government’’, adding that,  ’’I would like to be remembered of the good works and people’s oriented program that I have put to places’’.

She further commended Governor Obiano and wife for their steadfastness , dedication and commitment in taking Anambra state to the next level.
