Breaking News: Court Stops Governor Of Taraba State, Danbaba Suntai From Appearing Before Panel Probing His Health

                     
A High Court sitting in Jalingo, Taraba state capital today asked the medical panel recently constituted by the Taraba state House of Assembly to probe the health status of Governor Danbaba Suntai to suspend the probe forthwith.


The court issued the order on the grounds that a case relating to the governor’ office is already before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Suntai’s ex-parte motion was filed before the court by his counsel, Alex Izinyon who was represented by a lawyer from his firm, Elijah Nyaro.
