Re: Character Assignation of His Excellency Gov. Obiano
WE have watched for some time now the malicious, libellous and total fabrication of falsehood dressed as truth aimed at the First Family of Anambra State, His Excellency Chief (Dr) Willie M. Obiano and our elegant First Lady Chief (Mrs) Ebele Obiano by paid junky social media network.
The people of Aguleri would no longer tolerate the character assignation of our own son and wife any longer simply because they are now the First Family of Anambra State. The recent publications on Elombah.com and many more typifies such falsehood.
We pride ourselves on the good work His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano is now doing in Anambra since his assumption of office on the 17th day of March 2014.
It is on record that he has expanded the frontier of the 4C of his campaign promises of Continuity, Completion, Commission and Commencement of New Projects.
His style and actions is a drastic shift from what was the norm since the creation of Anambra State. He has brought new orientation to governance and has a down to grass root attitude that the common man on the streets of Anambra State can freely chat with the Governor whether on inspection of projects or unscheduled stops to various towns and villages in Anambra State.
His love of Igbo traditional music and dance of the various Ogene beats during his Thank You Tour has kept the youths yearning for more of him and adults learning the Aguleri Royal Dance Steps.
Her Excellency, our elegant First Lady displayed an uncommon down to earth woman during the governorship campaign that saw her visit some interior towns and remote villages. She has continued with the pet projects of Her Excellency, Chief (Mrs.) Margaret Obi with her own touch of class to the admiration of the teaming women of Anambra State. She is paying more attention to disable people in our midst to the disgust of some people.
WE have seen an increase of such attacks and going virile on the social media since some people defected from APGA to PDP. The fear of losing APGA ticket which was the actual reason for moving into the PDP should not be a yard stick for paid character assignation of His Excellency Chief (Dr). Willie Obiano and family.
WE wish to place every one of these paid agents on notice and their sponsors that we have what it takes to fight back to protect our son and his family, to protect the image of Aguleri and protect the Government of Anambra State.
WE wish to leave no one in doubt that we know the identity of the sponsors and their reasons for attacking the person of His Excellency, Chief (Dr). Willie Obiano.
Aguleri has given Ndi Anambra State the best man for the job and he has shown an uncommon character and determination to do the job and because of that sterling quality in Chief (Dr). Willie M. Obiano, all these attacks are coming to dent his image and quality of his governance. These nonsense character assignation has to stop otherwise we shall fight back with unyielding vigour without any moderation to these paid sponsors.
WE welcome all constructive criticisms but abhor any form of malign and disgruntle dressing of falsehood to score a cheap political blackmail targeted at His Excellency, Chief (Dr). Willie Obiano.
