Members Of Anambra Delegates To National Conference Endorse Prof  Ahaneku As Unizik Vice Chancellor Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka , Unizik. 

odogwuemekaodogwu.com reports that the Chairman of Conference of Nigerian Speakers Conference and a high chief in Awka and Amansea , Right Hon Anayo Nnebe this evening announced during courtesy call to the new Vice Chancellor , Prof Joseph Ahaneku at his residence in Awka.

odogwuemekaodogwu.com exclusively reports that Nnebe said the delegates collectively spoke against his appointment initially via Prof ABC Nwosu when they did not have all the sides of the coin but now that they have met with the Minister and heard all the sides they would support Prof Ahaneku to move the University to a greater height.

He said as Ichele Awka and Ekwekeogu Amansea the two host communities are proud of Prof Ahaneku but appealed to him to ensure the name of Zik is preserved.

Prof Ahaneku in his response assured that his only mission in Unizik is to restore the glory of the great Zik of Africa by  making Unizik the 10^th best in Africa and reputable in the world forum of universities.
