GOC 82 Div Enugu Tasks Army In Onitsha On Peace, Security And Development

                                              

General Officer Commanding the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Shehu Yusuf yesterday tasked the Nigerian Army at 302 Artillery Regiment, Onitsha to ensure peace, stability and development thrives in Anambra state. 

Yusuf who was in Onitsha for his official visit to the 302 Artillery Regiment led by Commandant Col Auwa Jibrin Fagge, encouraged them to relate properly and respectfully with the civil society in Anambra and to be committed to their call of duty.

He said: ‘’If there is no peace, there would be no development. Be committed wherever you are serving because there would be no development and progress without security, peace and stability.  This division has been very dynamic,  and have, done well in many dimensions. Please be dedicated and respectful to your superiors.

The 82 Division General Officer commended Governor Peter Obi for the support he has given the 302 Artillery Regiment Onitsha in boosting its infrastructure which ordinarily was not Obi’s duty but he did it since the barrack is located in his state.
